Not Too Hot Legs
Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons curry powder
4 teaspoons dried oregano
4 teaspoons dried thyme
2 pounds chicken legs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Combine seasonings in mortar & pestle or food processor
Grind until powdery
Rub mixture unto legs & arrange on a baking sheet lined with foil
Bake 60 to 70 minutes until done (time can vary based on leg size)
